Our Collective

We’ve created a community of experts who share our core values and provide exceptional customer service. Our collective provides you with full end-to-end services with full project management, so you can focus on what you do best.

Nanci Corrigan

Nanci Corrigan is the Founder & Lead Navigator of C3inc and a seasoned communications strategist with over 30 years of expertise in the development and execution of marketing, communications and knowledge translation plans for a wide spectrum of clients.

After beginning her career in advertising and corporate communications, Nanci founded C3 (formerly Channel 3 Communications) in 1997, collaborating with clients in both the private and public sectors.

Nanci is a graduate of Carleton University and has earned a Knowledge Translation Professional Certificate from the University of Toronto / Sick Kids Learning Institute, as well as a Knowledge Mobilization certificate from the University of Guelph. She also plays cello in the Queen’s University cello orchestra, and has a keen desire to one day play perfectly in tune.

Sabrina Clark

Sabrina is C3inc’s ‘make it so’ Project Manager, providing strategic support at all levels to implement creative solutions for clients. She is naturally enthusiastic, resourceful, inquisitive and always ready to take on new challenges.

Sabrina is a Queen’s University graduate with a BA Hons in Art History, and is also active in the community, volunteering for a number of social causes and contributing to the local theatre scene. She’s a talented artist, an avid movie watcher, and a bit (maybe a lot) of a Star Trek nerd.

If you don’t have a communicator unit, email her at sabrina@c3inc.ca

Kelsey Newman Reed

Kelsey is a Communications Strategist, with previous experience in social media management, analyzing analytics, graphic design and photography. She is adaptable, strategic, and always eager to learn, especially new tools and trends that can support client’s goals.

Kelsey has a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Art History with a Drama minor from Queen’s University, and a Graduate Certificate in Interactive Marketing Communications from St. Lawrence College.

She is interested in all areas of the arts, and in her down time she can be found visiting art galleries and poetry events, making art and writing poetry, editing photos and planning posts for her personal Instagram account, and surrounded by pastel pink coloured objects to solidify her (unintentional) personal brand.

Reinier deSmit

Reinier deSmit is C3inc's Creative Director.

At the age of 8, two important things happened to him: his grandfather gave him an accordion and he started music lessons, and a good family friend gave him an old 35mm film camera and Reinier’s passion for images was born.

That camera no longer exists and Reinier no longer uses “film”, but his passion for digital arts, video, music and photography has only increased over the years (and he still plays, to some people’s horror, the accordion).

With a wide range of experience in video creation, digital photo & imaging, audio design and music creation as well as web & graphic design, Reinier’s zealousness for computer-based creative expression has kept him on the cutting edge of this ever-changing and exciting landscape.

Rosemary Lutz

An experienced project manager and analyst, Rosemary Lutz possesses outstanding skills to initiate, plan and execute complex projects and assignments. She is C3inc's Financial Officer and has over 36 years of experience working with the Ontario government, and spent several years managing the Business Analysis Unit of the OHIP Claims Services branch for the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care, providing business analysis and project management to support the modernization of claims processing.

Rosemary has significant experience gathering and analyzing data to identify options, assess impacts and evaluate outcomes. She is a natural collaborator, and ensures quality results are achieved on time and within budget.

Rosemary is an avid golfer and curler – but away from the links and rinks, you’ll most likely find her curled up with a good book.

Mary Anne Beaudette

Mary Anne (BA Guelph, BEd Queen’s), is a communications specialist with broad experience in corporate and institutional communications, journalism, publishing and freelance writing and editing. She is founder of Substantive Communications, where she provides a full suite of communications services for CMC Microsystems and the Kingston General Hospital Research Institute.

For 12 years, Mary Anne was Director of Communications at PARTEQ Innovations, the technology transfer office of Queen’s University, where she established a national reputation for effectively communicating the impacts of university-generated research discoveries. During this time she also provided communications support to more than 15 PARTEQ spinoff companies in the alternative energy, pharmaceutical, environmental, power electronics, biomedical and advanced materials sectors.

Mary Anne worked for more than 15 years as a newspaper reporter and editor before joining Queen’s University as manager of the institution’s internal communications. She has also taught news writing at St. Lawrence College and for several years wrote a biweekly column for the Kingston Whig-Standard.

Louie The Office Cat

Louie provides vital feline support at C3inc, ensuring that all desks are fit for lying on and that dropped food crumbs are looked after. At 18 years young, he’s a retired athlete, but still likes to demonstrate his hunting and jumping techniques, and is firmly committed to attending every staff meeting, usually on the lap of his favourite employee of the month.
