Kelsey Newman Reed

Kelsey is a Freelance Digital Marketer, specializing in social media management, marketing strategies, and graphic/web design. She is adaptable, strategic, and always eager to learn, especially new tools and trends that can support client’s goals.

Kelsey has a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Art History with a Drama minor from Queen’s University, and a Graduate Certificate in Interactive Marketing Communications from St. Lawrence College.

She is interested in all areas of the arts and technology. In her downtime, she can be found drawing on her iPad and creating mini digital illustrations.

Nanci Corrigan

Nanci Corrigan is the Founder & Lead Navigator of C3inc and a seasoned communications strategist with over 30 years of expertise in the development and execution of marketing, communications and knowledge translation plans for a wide spectrum of clients.

After beginning her career in advertising and corporate communications, Nanci founded C3 (formerly Channel 3 Communications) in 1997, collaborating with clients in both the private and public sectors.

Nanci is a graduate of Carleton University and has earned a Knowledge Translation Professional Certificate from the University of Toronto / Sick Kids Learning Institute, and a Knowledge Mobilization certificate from the University of Guelph. She has also been awarded certificates in Foundations of Implementation Spread and Scale and Practical Implementation in Complex Systems from The Centre for Implementation.

Reinier deSmit

Reinier deSmit is C3inc’s Creative Director.

At the age of 8, two important things happened to him: his grandfather gave him an accordion and he started music lessons, and a good family friend gave him an old 35mm film camera and Reinier’s passion for images was born.

That camera no longer exists and Reinier no longer uses “film”, but his passion for digital arts, video, music and photography has only increased over the years (and he still plays, to some people’s horror, the accordion).

With a wide range of experience in video creation, digital photo & imaging, audio design and music creation as well as web & graphic design, Reinier’s zealousness for computer-based creative expression has kept him on the cutting edge of this ever-changing and exciting landscape.

Rosemary Lutz

An experienced project manager and analyst, Rosemary Lutz possesses outstanding skills to initiate, plan and execute complex projects and assignments. She is C3inc’s Financial Officer and has over 36 years of experience working with the Ontario government, and spent several years managing the Business Analysis Unit of the OHIP Claims Services branch for the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care, providing business analysis and project management to support the modernization of claims processing.

Rosemary has significant experience gathering and analyzing data to identify options, assess impacts and evaluate outcomes. She is a natural collaborator, and ensures quality results are achieved on time and within budget.

Rosemary is an avid golfer and curler – but away from the links and rinks, you’ll most likely find her curled up with a good book.
